The United States Postal Service has begun refusing any letters or parcels received in Champlain which do not have a personal number listed after 11320 State Route 9. Please call Freeport regarding this number ASAP if you do not have one. Please use the number on every item sent here as UPS and FedEx both have services in which the packages end up at the Post Office. The Post Office does not take the original form of transportation into consideration and the items are returned to the sender.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
The county has added a one “1” to our street address in order to comply with the 911 emergency system. We are now officially 11320 State Route 9. The Post Office is supposed to honor both 1320 and 11320 State Route 9, but it appears they are not doing so. We suggest you use 11320 AND your account number which must be included in the address AFTER Route 9. As of July 1, 2019 we will no longer be able to save packages as we have done in the past. Thank you.
